Course Components:
1. Daily Reflections
Each morning receive exploratory exercises, questions to ponder, self-care tips or inspiration. These serve as daily reminders to connect with the richness in your heart.
2. Weekly Check-in Calls
Listen in on weekly teleclasses on Thursdays at 4 pm MT (3 pm PT, 6 pm ET) where I share my wisdom on mastering your inner world for outer abundance. Don’t worry if you miss a call. They’ll be recorded and available for replay.
3. Coaching with Paula
Take advantage of weekly 30-minute phone coaching sessions to work on your individual path to a richer life (however you define ‘rich’…)

Reclaim it from activities currently draining your power & passion.
Email: Check email only once or twice a day. MAX.
TV: Reduce or eliminate it entirely. What’s ‘real’ about reality TV anyways?
Gossip: Gossiping is not neutral and is lowering your vibration. AVOID IT.
Internet: You’re better off calling 1 expert on the subject than surfing aimlessly.
Housework: The dust bunnies can wait. They’ve waited this long.
Your Job: Especially if you work more than you get paid for. Value your VALUE!
Your Family: What an important thing to model that self-care is an essential life skill.
